Grookey is among the new debuts in Pokemon GO that come with a new season. The in-game event GO All Out, which takes place from Tuesday, September 3, at 10 AM until Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 10 AM local time, is celebrating the start of the new season. A number of new features, including the addition of the Dynamax mechanic to Pokémon GO, are planned for the event’s launch and the upcoming season of Max Out.

Thwackey and Rillaboom, two members of Grookey’s evolutionary tree, make their debuts during the GO All Out event. You must evolve Grookey in order to add these two new Pokémon to your Pokédex in Pokémon GO. Using Grookey Candy and choosing Evolve from its summary page will do this. You’ll need 25 Grookey Candy to develop it to its second stage, Thwackey, and another 100 Candy to evolve it to its ultimate stage, Rillaboom. Fortunately, Grookey may evolve without the need of any Evolution gear in Pokémon GO.
By designating it as your Buddy and strolling with it, or by transferring any extra Grookey candy you capture but don’t want, you may harvest more Grookey candy.
You will get three Candy for each extra Grookey you capture. However, if you use a Pinap Berry before hurling a Poké Ball at it, you may quadruple this amount to six Candy. Right now, because of its higher spawn rate, you can get extra Candy by swiftly capturing more Grookeys. It’s a good idea to verify the IVs for duplicate Grookeys before transferring any of them so you can save the strongest ones for the GO Battle League.
Can Grookey in Pokémon GO Have Shiny Skin?
